SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (February 5, 2010) - ANXeBusiness Corp., a leading provider of networking and security managed services, today announced the acquisition of enterprise broadband and managed network infrastructure services provider S2S Communications. Since both companies are privately-held, complete terms are not being disclosed. This is ANXeBusiness’ fifth acquisition in the past three years, and reinforces the company’s strong foundation in the managed security and managed network services markets.

PCI Compliance is a Helpful Hassle

One of my favorite summertime activities is camping with my family.  Campfires, hiking, outdoor cooking and just unplugging from the daily grind.  We camp in a 30' RV which really blurs the line between camping and staying at a hotel.  The RV has air conditioning, shower/bathroom, and a full kitchen.  It's far from roughing it!

SMBs – Time to Incorporate Pandemics into your Business Continuity Planning

These days when teams get together to discuss risk scenarios, the focus tends to be on facilities (ie What if disaster strikes?) and suppliers (ie What if we cannot get the materials we need to produce our product or service?).  Epidemics or pandemics rarely enter the thought process.  The recent outbreak of H1N1, commonly known as the swine flu, is forcing business managers to consider risks to their primary resource – their employees. 
 
SMBs are especially susceptible to the negative economic impacts of a flu pandemic.  Considering that many are fighting to stay afloat as it is, H1N1 combined with the recession, has the potential to create a perfect storm.
