Refund Policy for ANX Services
Under ANX's standard warranty for Services, in the event ANX Services do not meet the applicable warranty either the subject Services will be corrected or, at the election of ANX, the Customer will receive a pro rata refund of the fees paid by the Customer for the particular portion of the Services which is in error. Please see the terms of your ANX contract which shall govern warranty issues.
