The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new and existing business within the retail industry, selling ANX security and compliance solutions. Candidate should be positioned to leverage existing relationships within these industries to identify opportunities and close managed security and compliance sales. This role is a quota carrying position with uncapped commissions and reports to the Executive VP of Sales.
Managed Security and Compliance Sales
To provide excellent customer service for a help desk call center environment that supports: *Remote access internet VPN products *Manages security and network services *Software as a Service Products (SaaS) *Transaction Delivery Services (EDI)
Provides first level support (Level I) from the helpdesk call center and creates tickets for all calls received.
Responsible for internal and external support for all individual solutions contained in the SecurePCI bundled solution. Expertise and work efforts focus on primarily on the implementation and maintenance of the Remote Cloud Access, Secure Cloud Gateway, PCI and Employee management portals as well as Internal and External Vulnerability Scanning services.
