ANX is a proud sponsor of USRowing which is a nonprofit organization recognized by the United States Olympic Committee as the governing body for the sport of rowing in the United States.

Congratulations to USRowing for their outstanding performance at the 2012 Olympics. The women’s team brought home the Gold in the Women’s Eight and Bronze in the Quadruple Sculls. The men’s team earned a bronze in the Men’s Four.

The dedication, hard work, endurance, and sheer performance displayed by USRowing athletes is a source of inspiration for ANX employees. We value these attributes and strive to incorporate them into how we support our customers.

ANX and the USRowing Women’s team are also partnering to enrich the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT). As an Emerald sponsor, ANX is helping MCWT raise money to correct the growing gender disparity gap in information technology. In November 2012, ANX and USRowing Gold Medalist Esther Lofgren participated in Michigan Council of Women in Technology’s (MCWT) annual Gala. Esther took photos with attendees before working as guest auctioneer. The event generated $245,000 in net proceeds, which will support MCWT’s mission to encourage women’s interest in technology education and careers.
