ANXeBusiness Corp. Acquires S2S Communications

Combined company further strengthens positions in the managed security and managed network services markets

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (February 5, 2010) - ANXeBusiness Corp., a leading provider of networking and security managed services, today announced the acquisition of enterprise broadband and managed network infrastructure services provider S2S Communications. Since both companies are privately-held, complete terms are not being disclosed. This is ANXeBusiness’ fifth acquisition in the past three years, and reinforces the company’s strong foundation in the managed security and managed network services markets.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Conshohocken, PA, outside of Philadelphia, S2S provides IT network design, engineering, implementation, management and lifecycle solutions to the Fortune 1000.  Specific services include enterprise connectivity and transport aggregation across North America, VPN monitoring and management, event log monitoring/management, compliance reporting and fully managed networks. S2S will continue to operate from its Conshohocken location, giving ANX an even stronger presence in Greater Philadelphia and the Eastern Seaboard, generally.

Under terms of the agreement, ANXeBusiness will be acquiring S2S’s suite of managed network products and services.  S2S has vertical customer concentrations in the energy, insurance, human resources and staffing, IT services, wholesale distribution and automotive segments.

The recently completed transaction comes a year after ANXeBusiness acquired the assets of CSCI Inc., including the Virtual Private Network (VPN) portion of CSCI’s OfficeScreen business and the VPN division of Positive Networks, Inc. and its flagship product, PositivePRO. Additionally, ANXeBusiness completed the purchases of Management Information Systems Group (MISG) in December 2006 and Virtual Services, Inc. in July 2007.
