Combined company further strengthens positions in the managed security and managed network services markets
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (February 5, 2010) - ANXeBusiness Corp., a leading provider of networking and security managed services, today announced the acquisition of enterprise broadband and managed network infrastructure services provider S2S Communications. Since both companies are privately-held, complete terms are not being disclosed.
