ANXeBusiness Acquires Virtual Services, Inc.

SOUTHFIELD, M.I. , July 2, 2007 ANXeBusiness Corp., (ANXeBusiness) today announced it has acquired the assets of Virtual Services, Inc. (VSI) and will merge the two companies in order to provide an expanded suite of global data communications products and services to its customers in the automotive and aerospace industries.

VSI is a high-technology company based in Troy, Michigan. The company began operations in 1983 and provides Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, including Catia, UGS NX, Teamcenter and Smarteam implementation, training and technical support to approximately 500 OEMs and suppliers in the automotive and aerospace industries.

ANXeBusiness owns and manages the ANX® Network . the world's only multiprovider, global, virtual private network used for the transmission of business-critical data . and provides its customers with a range of technology solutions in the Managed Network Service and Transaction Delivery areas.
