Abdallah F. Shanti to drive development and design of new managed services and technologies
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (February 18, 2010) - ANXeBusiness Corp., a leading provider of networking and security managed services, today announced that the company has expanded its executive team with the addition of Abdallah F. Shanti, as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Shanti brings more than 25 years of executive and technology management experience across the automotive, aerospace and manufacturing industries.
As CTO of ANXeBusiness, Mr. Shanti will be responsible for driving the development and design of new technologies, maintaining operational integrity and overseeing the technical and engineering staff at the company. He will also focus on the IT strategy and foundation for the growth of ANXeBusiness managed services.

Prior to ANXeBusiness, Mr. Shanti served as VP and CIO at Dana Holding Corporation. While at Dana, he was responsible for developing global IT strategy and organization to support the business restructuring process. For nearly 10 years prior, he was VP, Information Technology, Electronic Product Integration & CIO at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) where he worked on the development and execution of AAM’s Global IT strategy.
Previously, Mr. Shanti served as General Director Global Systems Engineering & Data Management for General Motors. In this position, he led a team of senior executives to deliver GM’s global systems architecture and provided a migration path from its legacy system environment to state of the art technologies.
