Well thanks to the efforts of our systems engineer and to a lesser extent, myself, we have found the cause of the site searches coming up with empty results.

Apparently our fallback webserver had the same job running and was overwriting the changes from our primary server. Needless to say, the issue has been fixed and search results should now be accurate again. We apologize for any inconvenience!
