Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will perform a broad range of duties to assist the ANX marketing department.

Description:

The ANX Marketing coordinator will assist the marketing team with various tasks such as lead generation, content creation, and execution of marketing programs and projects. Successful candidate should be able to multitask, and have strong skills including: 1) written and verbal communication, 2) creative skills in PowerPoint, Publisher, Illustrator or similar content creation software, and 3) quantitative reasoning (ability to use spreadsheets track and analyze results). The marketing coordinator will be expected to assist with and deliver marketing information in a timely manner on behalf of the marketing department.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES


Lead Generation : (~50% of time):

  • Execute marketing lead generation programs including webcasts, email marketing, content syndication and web search (organic and paid).
  • Identify and manage prospect lists from acquisition, cleansing, and results measurement and reporting.
  • Execute SalesForce campaigns by developing materials for quality touch points.
  • Assist with the development of materials required for lead generation campaigns including call scripting, email copy and webinar content
  • Track campaigns; prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.

Marketing Content: (~30% of time):

  • Develop written content for product marketing materials including product data sheets, web copy and product landing pagers, customer success stories, product white papers, contributed articles and newsletter articles
  • Work closely with Product Line Marketing (PLM) to develop compelling value propositions for products and solutions
  • Work closely with PLMs to develop product training materials for internal sales reps and channel partners
  • Develop product support materials such as user guides, tutorials, and web self-help content to assist customers with understanding product features and configuration options
  • Assist with development of social media content including blog articles, Twitter posts and other forms of social media

Marketing Projects : (~20% of time):

  • Assist with the development of event tradeshow materials
  • Performs customer / lead satisfaction surveys from a call perspective and survey money setup / management.
  • Track progress on marketing programs with metrics provided by product marketing.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Must be a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and eager to learn
  • BA degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent years of experience in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Experience with at least one type of creative development software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Publisher
  • Effective project management skills
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles
