To provide excellent customer service for a help desk call center environment that supports:

Telephone/Chat/Email Support
Level II Support
Continuous Improvement
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED
Educational Requirement:
Associate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
